WHAT WHY WOULD YOU WANT A REFUND!?!?!?!? I'm just joking, at Riot Sandwich, we strive to serve delicious food and provide excellent service. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was missing an item

  • There was a quality issue with the food

  • Your order was not delivered or picked up as scheduled

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer error (e.g., wrong address, wrong item selected)

  • Orders not picked up

  • Change of mind after food is made
    However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

4. Processing Time

Once your request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
